FAQs

Questions people ask before they commit

How long does a bathroom renovation take?

Around three to four weeks on site for a typical main bathroom, once selections are locked in and materials are available.

What causes delays?

Undecided selections, long-lead tapware or tiles, surprises behind the tiles such as rot or asbestos, and rushing waterproofing cure times, which causes failures later.

Can we live at home?

Usually yes, if there is another toilet and shower option. For single-bathroom homes, plan alternatives for the weeks the bathroom is out.

What happens at handover?

A walk-through, clean, instructions for fittings, the waterproofing certificate and warranty details.
